Patrik works with boards and leadership teams across industries and sectors, on how they function as groups and on how they can be more effective. Alongside this advisory work, he acts as a sounding board to executives taking on new roles.

Before founding Minden, Patrik spent eight years with Michaël Berglund, most recently as Managing Director of Board & Leadership Services. He has worked in executive search, leadership assessment and organisational development since 2011, with firms including Assessio.

He has served on several leadership teams himself, at both strategic and operational levels. His own experience spans listed companies, family firms, entrepreneurial businesses and the public sector.

Patrik has held senior roles in Swedish government agencies: Head of Media Relations at the Swedish Security Service, Communications Director at the Swedish Migration Agency, and interim Chief of Staff at the Swedish Institute. He began his career as a news and current affairs journalist at Sveriges Radio, Sveriges Television (SVT) and TV4.

Patrik lives in Stockholm with his wife, son and the family cat. He spends his weekends hiking, having a go at running and systematically buying more books than he will ever have time to read.
